dear readers,
school reopened today! TP was super crowded, i think it is because of the new school term and new students. the school is like a shopping mall to me, crowded with people but not noisy.. =.="
for a moment, last night, i felt home sick so much that i wanted to fly back right away but i knew i can't do it cos school starting today.. i felt so down, didn't cry but almost, but to think about the new term in school, a brand new school term with amazing classmates and friends and teachers, it gave me a warm motivation. sigh, i can't help but to be jealous at my friends who are going back to Indonesia for holiday recently. in addition, pina also left for Australia for her attachment last friday. isn't it nice to be able to migrate to another country, at least for a short while? sorry to say but i'm pretty bored here in SIN. huhu..

sigh.. it is always raining recently. Although it is a good time to sleep but we could not do much when it is raining, right?!
Anyway, there was a FO mass outing today @ sentosa. I was supposed to go but due to some meetings here and there, I had to give it a miss, what a waste!! It sounds so fun when the other GLs told me about it. BUT but but I did join them for dinner. AND our outing incidentally clashed with SP one. So, there was so called a cheer-war between TP and SP. In the end, some people got involved in a fight. I'm pretty sure it was not both side fault but I just hope that SP people will not hold any grudge against us, PEACE!! lols..
Second thing worth mentioning is the grand opening of Tampines 1, the brand new shopping center @ tampines! The crowd there was crazy even @ the MRT station the crowd was so mad!! I have not checked the new mall out yet but i think soon ah!! haha.. MUST check!!! they say got a lot nice shops there!! hihihihi..

'm so hype up now! cos i just came back from the bestest camp with the bestest people on earth!! TPSU Freshmen Orientation Workshop/Camp 2009!! I met a lot of new friends there be it freshies or GLs and most importantly I learned a lot of things from the camp as well..
I shall start updating you all about the camp! let's start with FOW, shall we?
FOW
------
FOW day1 was not so hype up cos the freshies didn't know each other and still stayed in their comfort zone, not opening up to everyone, however, a handful started to open up by the end of the day 1. GLs had to work doubly hard to cheer, to make friends, and to be bridge for them to know each other. Although it was kinda tough, but I love it! GLs are the bestah! We played station games, chiong-ing from stations to stations to collect lots of lots of points.
Day 2 was a different day cos the mass dance made the freshies to start enjoying the camp, they started to open up although not all, but yeah, it was already a good start and mass dance always did a very good job to make the freshies enjoy the camp. After lunch, we played opposite school stations. It was tiring yet exciting.. You know the feeling of running with freshies, pushing them, and stuffs is the mixture of tiredness, excitement, and motivation and so on and so forth. In the end of the day when the results was reflected and we were the top, the feeling was really really really very nice.
Then the GLs went out for supper after the individual debrief and I really did the most craziest thing of the day, i drank 3 cups of bubble tea at one go plus 2 pieces of BBQ chicken wings!!! I was really really really thirsty lah!!!
Day 3 was even more tiring, playing HUNTGRY and carnival games requires lots of runnings.. and yes we really really really chiong like mad! But everything was paid off when we got the best empire of the FOW 09. Both GLs and freshies did a very very good job! The GLs cried out of joy cos the GLs think that their hardwork were not wasted. The feeling was really really really really thrilling!!! I LOVE FRESHIESS!!!!!!

Day 1 was just like FOW day 1. Registration, freshies were divided into groups, ice breaking, flag making, and station games. But GLs performances that day was so awful. FAs scolded us cos we were dead and not as hype up! Almost all of us cried because we were ashame that we let our FAs and freshies down.. The freshies were so good but we were lousy.. I think almost everyone could not sleep that night thinking on how to improve on day 2.
Day 2 was a brand new day. Just like FOW day 2 there were mass dance, learning of school songs, opp school station games and finally performance night and jam n hop. Day 2 was so much lively and we were all chiong-ing with 110% if our spirits!!! I went home at the end of day 2 cos my migraine really disturbed me and I needed a good sleep! hoho..
Day 3 was so much fun!! Carnival games made everyone soaking wet!! and our position went up from 4th to 2nd, isnt that amazing!? hoho.. By the end of day 3, everyone was crying especially the year 3s. It was going to be their last FO and they were officially graduated from TP. and when we were announced to be the 2nd best empire in FOC, the whole empire was crying!! It was like an achievement to us.. That's what we called we deserve it!! LOLs..
Freshies, thank you for coming to this camp. Thank you for making this camp a frutiful one and thank you for working together with us. We, the GLs, are sorry if we did say something that pissed you off. and finally CONGRATULATIONS for getting first for FOW and 2nd for FOC!!!
