How are you guys doing!? Busy preparing for Reunion Dinner and buying New Year clothes?
Or busy rushing for projects and dueing assignments? Or busy having lovely time with you boyfriends and girlfriends?!
Anyway, Lunar New Year is coming! In 3 more days to be precise. People should be busying preparing for it. Mothers will be busy baking cakes and cookies, washing plates and utensils which are going to be displayed on the living room, fathers will be busy buying soft drinks, and the snacks for chinese new year, while we, as the children, will be busy shopping for clothes with our friends.. How lovely Chinese New Year is, isn't it?
Chinese New Year has always be my favorite time of the year. It's the only time when the whole big family reunite and enjoying the dinner together. We got to see our long distance relatives who we don't get to see so often, and of course, we will get the hong bao, and after wards, we are gonna spend them with our friends, lols..
This year CNY will be different for me. I won't get to celebrate it with my whole family. Well, my mom's coming here to celebrate it with me and aunt and her family. But, my dad is not coming because he has to take care of my granddad. Honestly, i'm sad because I was hoping I could celebrate CNY with both of them and even with my granddad and my god parents. But, Oh well.. I guess I have to be satisfied with my mom visiting here.
I really am hoping that this CNY will be as great as the celebrations in the past years!!
